So my floors are getting jacked up today.

Home ownership is expensive if you can't do a lot of the repairs yourself. Most single women I know would much prefer a rental.

yes is why i thought having a property and selling it at a later date would give me something so i can buy a place elsewhere...rather than throw money out of the window and have nothing. Sort of like a house to have more savings ? Anyways...it is all baby steps...right now there are other things to handle but i gotta re-focus sometimes and look at the bigger picture else i would go mad lol

to buy another place somewhere else yes but if i could not sell it for a small profit then I could rent it out is my point and still have money coming in. I would still be saving up on the side anyways it would either be a buffer should it sell or be a source of income should it not sell.

I did get her a gift. I took her to Victoria Secrets yesterday, she was very happy with the gifts obtained. One thing I do not like about Victoria Secrets, they won't let me into the fitting room to approve of the attire. Never have that problem at Fredrick's of Hollywood.
