we are filing for divorce 1 oct 2014.

still some hope not to do this, still some hope after filing (takes 90 days min in Texas)

and

I not want this divorce.

Ouch, sorry Darnell. I hope things can turn around, but it takes two to have a marriage, and it sounds like only one is trying.

since I am here might as well update you all....have had a couple of bad days (wine helped a lot), fell off my bike (because pride would not let me get off the bike when I knew I could not handle the road....so I deserved it).

Other than that.....practicing when possible for the driving test and preparing for the dissolution. I think Nola asked if I was out yet...no, still in the house....we (work&I) decided to wait until after my divorce is final (11th of Sept) to get paperwork moving, not to have to re-do paperwork 300 times and not to have to take trips back and forth, I will keep his last name just to make things easier with SSN (that took 6 months to change to this name as is). I am slowly approaching the limits though and spending a lot of time in the garage - it is good for napping now that I cleaned it out.

When you went silent, I thought you had made the move and were too busy to show up here. Nine more days I guess. You're gonna feel so good to get that elephant off your back.

Quit fighting with your wife. You do know it takes two to fight don't you?

Oh no.. I fell off my bike in June, my whole right arm was badly hurt from brushing against the wooden planks railing, 4 fingers were dripping with blood

I found a church nearby to clean up my wounds and cycle 20 miles back slowly to the starting point.

I have been very unlucky on biking
