Steve should try counting sheep

He should try a wild romp with his wife, followed by a few stiff drinks.

There were periods in my life that I battled insomnia

from when I was may be 13-22 or so

then from 28-32.....

Maybe you need to go see a sleep doctor...

I never have problem with sleeping, in fact I am lacking sleep!

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

Exercise before bed can help insomnia, yeah. My wife prefers sex. That's why she steps out for a couple of hours before bed. (A little help from Rodney Dangerfield there)

Thanks for your kinds words, Caryh. Yesterday my wife was saying that homeschool is just hard work. We make a different lesson plan every day for both kids. Each of us reviews both kids' lessons. We have Phys Ed. Now that we have the district curriculum we can make sure to cover everything they are doing.

We have no Day Care or Pre-schools within 40 miles. You have sitters with their names up on the country store bulletin board. We don't have need for them.

What do you do? I love Shepherd's pie!

I I don't use mixed veggies, and I don't mix it in the ground beef.

So I have bottom ground beef all nice and seasoned, then put cream corn on top the beef I like lots of cream corn so I do 3 cans. Then top with the mash potatoes. Not really a lot of difference but I find it much better this way so so creamy.

Oh I ended up doing chicken alfredo :D

Thats kind of what I do too except I cook my ground meat first - we prefer lamb - then I use boiled corn right off the cob and top with mashed potatoes. We like to top with shredded cheese sometimes for a crispy crust yummmm

Well, you've got to cook it first, right? I didn't think there was another way to do it.
