I'm too lazy to search for the posts, but T-Bone, where I live is in the middle of nowhere, so there is likely only like 1 acupuncturist. I've debated with myself over whether to do it, but most of the pain seems to be a bedtime issue so I'm not sure how much it will help.

My husband also insisted on trying 2 beds in the bedroom, but it just isn't for me.

We have a high of 60 here today. Toasty.

I guess I never even mentioned I broke my leg in six places and went through a couple operations, one still yet to go. But I am not exactly in a hurry to do it, remove the plates, even though there are broken pins and it's moving around resulting in pain. Just happy to be walking again.

Yesterday we saw a little 2.5 year old girl swimming so effortlessly. Doing the doggy paddle. I told the mom congratulations and had our boys, who can't swim on their own yet, watch this little girl show them how it was done. She looked at her mom and said "he's proud of me". I said I sure am, honey - you have a lot to be proud of. I think I am going to re-visit that with the boys today and make sure they understand there are always people who can do things better than you. Even if they are younger.

They are hesitant to remove mine because there is no problem with it malfunctioning and there are risks with removal. If things were moving around, I'm sure they would insist it come out.

I'm happy to be walking normally because they did warn me that without the plate it is likely I would need assistant with walking or be unable to the use my leg well. However, they also assured me that I would be able to go back to ski racing and running, two things which have not been possible. The constant leg cramps are just out of this world. I knew I would have some issues with the knee ligaments as they were unable to repair them, but owww.

But, yeah, 10 years of pain, not good.

Sorry to year about the ski racing and running. Oh well. Same with me. Running is out of the question.

Nice to have a spouse that pulled the heavy weight, literally, when I was totally crippled.
