Ice Bucket Challenge only works if you are raising money or donating to ALS research. My grandma had ALS. It's such a devastating disease. I've read the letters my grandma left and they are incredibly heart breaking. She never grew old my whole life until she just wasted away in a few years. RIP Grandma.

I'll probably do the challenge on the weekend, and post the video for you guys. I'm also sending money to my Aunt who is doing an ALS walk.

I am so fat today I put on spanx. I haven't worn these since my wedding. How humiliating and miserable. Salads, chicken and fish only, working out everyday and rewarding myself with $10 towards my tattoo if I lose a lb that week. If I'm down to my goal weight next June I'll let myself get one. If not keep going until I actually can wear that Canada bikini i bought before I moved here.
