I have a son in Philippines a year old. I send 600 dollars a month for him. I'm just wondering if this is enough or not enough or to much?

My husband is sending me $800/month have 1 child whose 8yrs old now and studying at a private school. The money covers all the expenses in the house, but school tuition fee is not included in the monthly allowance that my husband allotted to us. As for your son, yes $600 will cover all his needs, including the well-baby check up with his pediatrician.

But my question is, does the $600 is for your son needs only? Or other expenses such as house rent, electricity bill, food allowance etc. are also included? If yes, then it is just enough for now. I mean for now because he is not yet in school, and depends on what kind of school he will go to once he's ready for that.

Kudos to you for being a responsible father and a good provider for your child needs.
