Timeline

Does anyone know whats going on with Texas Center, it seems that it just stopped working ok k-1 visas... Do we have any hope? My case was sent there on April... My estimated date on my time line keeps movingh and moving to a later date...

They are still processing. As a matter of fact, there seems to have been a slight uptick in their processing since last week. Check Igor's List & sort it to TSC.

I got my NOA 1 April 1st and if you want an honest answer they are slower than death. Almost nothing you can do to speed up the process. I've tried everything. I called my senator and a woman in the office took my case and has called USCIS twice. She's very helpful but said that nothing can be done until its past the estimated wait time so I'll see then how helpful she really is. It's very frustrating I know, especially when you see California working so much quicker. Even more frustrating when you see The U.S are letting tons of illegal immigrants in and making the ones who are doing the right thing wait for 9 months. Good luck!!
