after ds ds261

Hello

It has been two week since i completed the form ds 261. For how much time(weather) have to I wait to receive an e-mail of nvc to pay iv fee.?

as it is right now, the NVC is taking them up to 6 weeks or 30 BUSINESS DAYS and not 30 CALENDAR days. i have done ds-261 last june 4th and i just received the email from NVC last monday july 28. just be patient. that's all you can do right now. NVC has huge backlog at this time. good luck.

Thanks for this info. I completed DS261s on 6/30 and confirmed via phone call that they received it on 7/7, Why it took them that long to receive an electronic form is beyond me. I should receive mine soon then, hopefully.

you should be receiving communication from NVC regarding ur ds261 by august 18.
