K-1 beneficiary from Ukraine

My fiance, beneficiary is from Ukraine, currently Ukraine is drawing young people in to military. My fiance is 25 years old, he's military ID was returned to him. We are half way in our visa document journey. Should I be in fear of him not been released or visa been declined.

You should call USCIS and request expedite case. Based on current situation in country you should receive it easily. As long as he is not drafted by Ukrainian army he should be fine. I suggest he applies for his police clearance around the same time as when you request expedited on your case.
