another exciting day at work and more snow predicted. can it get any better? :wacko:

another exciting day at work and more snow predicted. can it get any better? :wacko:

Fortunately for us . . . it looks like we are just going to have rain . . . NOT freezing . . . at least until MOnday. So I guess I can run to the bank and deposit that check!

rain (not freezing) would be good, it would help get rid of this snow we've had for almost a week.

rain (not freezing) would be good, it would help get rid of this snow we've had for almost a week.

I understand perfectly. the rain is good to wash away all the frozen lumps of sand/salt that have now accumulated on the bridges/overpasses!!

I am thinking!!! it will remind me of being in Cairo in March last year, hahahahahahah!! the annual sandstorms!

Also, they are thinking that they might not have enough of that superduper de-icer for the roads . . . because everyone else is having bad weather too!

Glad I am not where you are right now!!! But my totalled car is up there, hehe, and it won't be coming home (actually, I am sad about that but the insurance check helps me get thru that a bit, :crying: .

I was up at 6am with Mikhail. I made him go back to bed and not wake up until the clock said 7. Now he's in the tub. Youssef is gone today for work and is going again tomorrow evening. I am starting back to work Monday morning at 8am. I want to clean the house today and dig out my old clothes so I have something to wear to work. Have a great day - I'm sure I'll be back posting at some point today :)

May 11 '09 - Case Approved 10 yr card in the mail

June - 10 yr card recieved

Feb. 19, 2010 - N-400 Application sent to Phoenix Lockbox

April 3, 2010 - Biometrics

May 17,2010 - Citizenship Test - Minneapolis, MN

July 16, 2010- Retest (writing portion)

October 13, 2010 - Oath Ceremony

Journey Complete!

Yes things are bad here the first ice has never melted and just now the sleet has started again later to turn to snow up to maybe a foot. Probably alot of cars around here not going home. Sorry

I have my 3 year old granddaughter, Annalee, this weekend, so I was up pretty early. Need to clean my house because my daughter's boyfriend has finally gotten his nerve up to come meet me today. I dont know why he has been so shy about coming, I dont bite. ;) I hope everyone has a good weekend.
