Finally I paid my IV bill, but!!!?

Today I received email to pay my IV bill to begin processing my case.

I paid but I know it takes al least 2-3 day to be cleared in the bank.

I need help, what documents do I need to be prepared.

We have CR1

The only docs. I know are:

1. IV bar-coded cover sheet

2. Two (2) passport-size photographs of beneficiary.

3. Photocopy of the biographic data page of beneficiarys passport.

4. Certified copy of the birth certificate of beneficiary(original).

5. Certified copy of the marriage certificate(or original!!!!?)

6.Original police clearance certificate.

Do I need anything else!?

Can I send them tomorrow?

When can I submit DS-260?

Yes that's the list to send. Divorce decree of beneficiary if that applies and military also.

Can I send them tomorrow? Yes. Send the IV package now it will be 30 days before its reviewed so get that started.

When can I submit DS-260? When the DS-260 is available to send you sure can send in.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

WAIT! Remember they also want a photocopy (doesn't have to be certified) of the Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate.

So you will send in, 1 Original Birth and Marriage and 1 extra photo copy of Birth and Marriage each. :)

Thank you, I'm glad you told me. I haven't sent them yet because I'm waiting my fee status to be changed to PAID to print IV cover sheet.
