November 2 filer here. Touched twice in the past few days but no emails yet....I think I am going to dirty my pants waiting in anticipation :clock:

K1 Time Line

Don and Linh

October 22, 2006 - Sent I-129F

November 2, 2006 - NOA1

January 30, 2007 - NOA2

February 8, 2007 - Arrives at NVC

February 12, 2007 - Arrives at Consultate in HCMC

February 28, 2007 - Consulate sends out Packet 3

March 8, 2007 - Packet 3 recieved

May 11, 2007 - Packet 3 recieved by Consulate

Ahh I feel ya all...My stomach is twisting and is in absolute knots before I check uscis...which has become a few times a day now!! Ahhh...just waiting in anticipation...such a nerve wracking feeling!

Good luck all, I really hope and pray that we are all approved within the next few days, Please G-d!!

06-28-07 Green card arrived in mail

April 2009 Filed for removal of conditions.
May 09 2007 Biometrics
Aug 31st Congratulations letter, no interview needed
Sept 21st 2009. New green card with conditions removed arrived.

N400 Status
07/26/10 N400 mailed via UPS. Three year rule
08/03/10. Check cashed.
08/06/10 NOA letter received, but "Request for evidence" showing on the status website.
08/08/10 NOA #2. Biometrics appointment letter. Scheduled for 08/31/10
08/09/10 Biometrics completed. Walk in.
11/01/10 Touched. Transferred to local (Tampa) office
12/06/10 Interview . Passed
01/11/11 Oath ceremony

I was disappointed that when I tried it earlier this week that excel was not an acceptable UL file....

Do you have the same info for us idiots who are still saying NSC & TSC because we are too lazy to change it to CSC? :)
