Yeah, I just thought Dustin Nila was saying he expected his imminently (when his NOA1 date is a few weeks past those who have already been approved).

For all of you whose timelines are changing to later dates, be advised that mine moved up a day. So, not to worry too much, just check it everday!!! Good luck to all!!!!

I'd guess the 'your petition may be adjudicated as early as...' timelines all moved to later dates in the last week or so. As soon as the flurry of approvals started happening last week, the timelines will have started taking into account those slow weeks over Christmas/New Year, and so everyone's dates will have dropped back a bit - before that, they will have been working on the (slightly quicker) pre-Christmas processing times - the dates have just got later because people have started getting NOA2s again! If CSC hadn't had such a good week, I bet everyone's timelines would still be showing a much earlier date - but it wouldn't be very realistic! Mine went from Jan 27th, to Jan 28th, to Jan 30th, to Jan 31st, to Feb 2nd, to Feb 4th, over the course of the last few weeks - before we finally got approved on Jan 19th. So don't worry about the 'predicted' date!!

I hope that all makes sense - *I* know what I mean, anyway! :)
