So i was looking up information on how to get to Cleveland right here: http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices/ohio-cleveland-field-office and this is what it says when you scroll down:

Visiting the Office

All services are by appointment. You can make an appointment by going to the INFOPASS webpage. Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm (except Wednesdays and holidays).

PLEASE NOTE: This office is CLOSED on Wednesdays.

My appointment is TOMORROW at 11:00 AM, my NOA says

DATE AND TIME OF APPOINTMENT 07/30/2014 11:00 AM.

I just called and pressed the number so they'd call me back, since the waiting time was 75 minutes but what do I do now? Could this be a mistake? Has this ever happened before?

The Ohio-Cleveland field Office is NOT the same as the Application Support Center (ASC) where your biometrics will take place. Although they are both located in the same building, they are different departments and have DIFFERENT room numbers.

Here's the correct uscis link for the Ohio ASC: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.detail&office=XCI&OfficeLocator.office_type=ASC&OfficeLocator.statecode=OH

They are open Monday through Friday.

So techinically it's the same building but they have different opening hours/ days? If so that's a HUGE relief and you just made my day.

Great answer, ASC is different than USCIS field office. Please go as appointment states.

Yep. :) Check again the room numbers for your reassurance. The uscis Field office (on your link) is at Room 501, whereas the ASC is at Room 1259. which is what your Biometric appointment notice should say too.

Will do, thank you. So if USCIS calls back I ignore it and just show up tomorrow?

Yes ma'am, I don't think they're gonna call you back...
