hello Nkkystel,

any suggestion to get my interview date for January as my I-864 is still under review ? and if my case got complete after VB got published than can i get interview in January because most probably I'll be current in coming VB.

please help.

Hi laddu, sorry about NVC's delay in reviewing your AOS.

It's possible you get an interview for January after VB release only if NVC is still scheduling and your embassy less busy.

Good luck and do not get tired calling NVC.

Thank you Nkkystel i called last night the rep told me to call next week and he should be close before VB is out xfingers i ll call eveyday at least 2 times a day.

i call NVC and the lady said my case was complete on dec.5..checklist scan date nov.2

Not much to tell i called nvc yesterday my case not review yet i mean the Rep told me your case is on the way to be close cause ds260 are reviewed the only thing left it s i 864 and She said if is not done before visa avaible So when VB out to call on the same day for expedite... They seem positive when They said everything is going ok with a normal Time frame... So let s see!

Welcome dearie, just keep calling. In my case, I was always disturbing my hubby to call NVC and he would call like 4 times daily.

Wow... Lera! Just seeing this good news now. So happy for you my dear.

NVC sent CC notification email on the 7th day and got 3 N/A within 21 days.

Concerning scheduling an interview, it solely depends on the slot your embassy has got.

All I know is even if you do not get interview for January, you'll definitely get for the following month which is February.

They drive me insane they waiting for my son case to be complete to schedule an interview Rrrrr

We did sent the exactly same doc it s i864 on the 3rd (date they received) over the 30 days went between supervisor Hands we have different cases Numbers but we are linked So my case been reviewed Then my 5 years old daughter now my 3 years old boy case ' s left over for the same piece of sheet....

They keep telling me that it fan take up to 42 days...

Then some rep after how case is complete we can schedule you

An other one said once his cc you ll be in queue of completition to get schedule....

Iam So frustrating and it So confusing to me i taught once it s complete and you are current They schedule with your embassy that s all..

I know iam getting closer but can t see the end of the tunnel yet...
