I Think it takes a round 5 days but i don t really remember i learn something with this process "to be patient"....about the WL i received via mail for my daughter and me and my husband mailed for my son then i received via e mail I don t know why but i Didn't question as long we got it. Because happened same thing with id Numbers i received first for my children then mine a week or more after. Even for the Ds261 IV fee and DS260 we had access for our kids then me.

I think it s quicker for NVC to process minor but we have all the same PD so no worry if you don t get WL in the same Time. Just try to access ds261 everydays if get in meaning You la received soon sometime you clan fill up before to get WL.

The all process so far and without delay takes 18 months (from your pd to getting current) unless your husband become us citizen.

Nvc said I got checklist for I864a for household member for my father . So I filled I864a using my father tax return and household member ..

Start this form with sponsor name is my father name and address everything. Or my name on sponsor

My PD date is August 22 2014

The scan date is October 1 2015.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience, Now I have Vision in mind to have patient with this process ? . I hope I receive mine this week and yes I always try to access on ceac almost everday ..

My daughters case AOS shown paid oct 20 . Try to call NvC today to review ds261 so well get IV fee invoice. ?

Did you send your Aos form and supporting docs in one envelop? The 3 of you?

It's a real checklist. Your sponsors do not meet up with the poverty guidelines.

I called NVC this morning and the guy inline told me my case is transfert again to the review department on the 20th October but my case in review since August 15. It 70 days already, and i dont know what they are doing, anyone have some advices. Thanks you all

Yeah, We'll be current in January 2016. Hoping to get an interview date in December 2015.

I'm on supervisor review cos my case has been more than 65 days, so my husband requested for a supervisor. NVC misplaced my package and later found it but by then hubby already sent out another package. So, we have 2 packages with them.

I think that's why we having delay.
