Are you spouse of U.S. citizen or permanent? Your pd is july 28th 2014? If yes your profile is confusing.

If you are spouse of us you ll get sooner if your spouse of GC holder ll be in december or even January depends on cut off date of VB.

Thank you so much for your post and urgent reply, my spouse is a US citezen, and my pd is 28th july 2015, sorry i didnt make it so much clear thanks. just wondering when i should be expecting my p4 email or interview... am tired of waiting its killing,,.

Hi, since you are the spouse of a US citizen you can post your queries on the IR1/CR1 forum...they will know more about it...

Good news PD Jan 2015 .. My husband received Welcome letter attached with case no and INN named by our daughter as beneficiary.. Can i fill Ds261 now? Thanks for ur help

hi everyone does anyone here rescheduled their interview? coz i tried and called the embassy and rescheduled my supposedly october interview date on december, the lady told me that its ok not to show up on interview but the slot for december isnt available yet so i have to wait. my question is , is it ok not to appear on my october interview?[/quote.

We have some confusion because my wife welcome letter is not yet arrived. So we need to wait for my wife welcome letter and fill ds261 at the same time but separately ? ..

dont wait the WElcome letter to arrived...if u access to CEAC and able to fill up DS261 go on

Today I called again lady said just send I864a household member . But I didn't get checklist email yet.now 20days no email . Any suggestions should I wait for email or what

My pd is 29jul2014.

Case was completed on 23 September.

On 7 October got email on inquiry that NVC completed its processing of ZAINAB FAROOQ's visa petition.

The petition is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN. When an interview appointment is scheduled, the petitioner, principal applicant, designated agent, and attorney of record (if applicable) will be notified.

Its been almost a month since i got my case completed and still got no interview letter..

Does anyone have any idea when will i get my interview letter??????

Any jul2014 filer got interview letter???

While making fee payment we got a problem.we were unable to pay the fee.but that problem got fixed itself within a week. At that time we sent an email to asknvc on 7th july 2015 regarding facing problem while making payment. We didn't get any response at that time. But got reply of that email on 7 oct that ur case is on waiting for interview :D :D :D
