From your timeline, it seems that you are in IR category..if so, you will be getting the interview letter as soon as the scheduling starts for your country..i guess the CC date also matters...not sure...

I would like to know whether the AOS of F2a petition for my children is the same checklist as petition for spouse.

I am not so sure about the AOS I-864 checklist for my children.

I just received email from NVC with Hardcopy of IV Invoice then i check ceac online and looks like i can pay now but the thing is, I have not pay my AOS yet because it says NOT an Invoice yet. Any advice? Thanks so much!

i am on the way to post office to send my both AOS and IV document package. How long it take to received my scan date? i will use express over night . and please someone can tell me how long do i have to wait to get my case complete from my scan date?

by tuesday you ll have your scan date., it take 30 day for review for case complete, but sometimes less, and someties more like mine my scand date is 13 august , but no case complete yet, they told me last time my case is under review by a supervisor.
