Hi everyone! I received my WL on August 25 but until now i cant fill out the Choose of an Agent Online. Can somebody advice me what to do? Thank you in advance!

Hello A&J1119 if you didn t access yet I suggest you to call NVC you probably ll have access in few days or even hours... What's your priority date?

Hi Manent Modest, I tried to accessed it but it says im not eligible yet. Though i can log in on their website but on AOS bill says it's "NOT AN INVOICE" yet.

Once you access ds261 and you get a confirmation after 2 3 days after a week you will pay AOS then IV fee after you ll send you package and or meanwhile have access ds260 . Done finally wait a month for case complete (if not RFR sometime you miss document or even they do misplace one of you doc so you ll have to resend) ds260 take a month too to be review.

If you can access yet to ds261 I know it s pain to call NVC but insist .... Right now Iam waiting for case complete and I been calling NVC when I had not access to anything AOS, IV, DS lol

Just be patient..just keep on checking ur CEAC website..it will change from NOT INVOICE to PAY NOW very soon..do u have already ur IIN? If not, pls call nvc now...

I called NVC this morning and the lady over the phone since it s more than 30 days and i didnot receive any mail ,she is going to submit my case to a supervisor. It can take up to 42 days for reviews. Any ideas?

Its good that u call nvc about this so that u can do actions right away..i guess u might be get CC 1-2 weeks more if u dont have checklist..as i have experience was i didnt get checklist email and i was competent enough to get CC in less than 30 days but through phonecall i found out that i need to resend my civil docs and its a waste of time waiting for how many days again to get CC..fortunately i get CC 20days after resending my civil docs..u can check my signature below..dont lose hope..im sure ur next

NVC keep changing my scan date. New scan date is September's 14th. sent 3 packages since they claim they never received any.
