Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law? trg_bk.GIF

Yes No

What did you guys selected on this question on the IV application? Does this refer to the medical exam to be taken later on?

Can we select "No" for now?

I put yes ,,

Yes, it refers to the Medical exam to be done late on.

Select YES if you have done your medical and NO if you haven't.

I selected NO and gave my reasons that medical will be done before my interview.

Sorry to butt-in. The question refers to proof of having the required vaccines. If your parents were able to keep medical records of the vaccines that was given to you when you were young, then you can answer yes. But if there is no medical records, then "NO".

In my case, I answered No, as I don't have any documents/medical records of my vaccines. As I understand, this tries to determine if they need to give you the required vaccines before going to the US. That is why when I had my medical, I was given shots of the vaccines. But if you have proof/medical records of your vaccines, then they may no longer give you shots on your medical.

Thanks.

Which is better? Just N/A or underlined N/A.... Coz i think just N/A means its not yet complete or there still have missing docs while underlined N/A means docs are completed. Any idea?

@kbautista524... Is it a mail letter or email letter? Dont worry if its a mail letter coz there is a delay if u received it here in the phils..coz usa is very far from phils. And it took weeks before it arrive here in our country...but if its a mail letter and u received it in USA address then its confusing...30 days will start from the day they receive ur documents and u can find the scan date on the letter they gave u
