@kbautista524...Great. I think that is a very wonderful step to take especially as you may have gone past 36 weeks and no airline would allow you to fly with them in order to make a quick delivery in the USA.

i have another question guys what if i get interviewed before my delivery date? does it mean my baby will be filed for another petition?

No, you do not have to file another petition, your child automatically becomes a derivative- that's your petition cover that of the baby. Contact your embassy after delivery, off course at interview the V.O will know you are pregnant.

Inform embassy of your pregnancy and contact them afterwards.

helllo guys.

What that mean " the scan date"?

Scan date means countdown to complete

your case from the date NVC received

all docs necesary to complete your process, you

need wait in 30 days in average for NVC review

of all documents that your petitioner sent, if any

document was missed or item was incomplete

they will send an email with instruction to

correct them.

Guys,

I am the petitioner for my wife. Do I still need to send her 2x2 picture to NVC and Police Certificate. I want to send my package ASAP. Can I send those later on?

Also, do we need to separate the envelopes for the Financial Documents and Supporting Documents then enclosed in 1 package?

I also filled out an I-864 EZ. I am only sending my latest W-2 and Tax return. Is this sufficient?

What financial documents did you guys send?

Thanks!
