@ Lera, we are to pay two fees -AOS and IV. You do not need to wait for IV to be invoiced, use AOS barcode sheet to send the two packages.

Remember to pack AOS and IV separately into different envelopes and then put both in a bigger envelope and send to NVC.

Hello everybody, Do we have to wait for IV invoice and pay IV fees to send both packages together or we can send AOS package as soon as the AOS fees showing PAID.

When your aos fees saw paid after print out covershreet for aos package ND iv package also both coversheet are same don't worry about make sure don't forget anything

No need to wait for IV to be paid, even you can send the package as soon as you are done with DS261. We sent with the welcome letter, document cover sheet, even before paying the AOS and IV fee. They simply use the barcoded cover sheet to scan our document, so you can send any bar coded sheet on top of the package.

You need to have two separated envelope for AOS and IV, then both you have to put into one big cover.
