I received NVC welcome letter via email on 8/5 (yesterday) and submitted the DS-261 yesterday itself. I was instructed to wait 3-5 business days before paying any fees. When do you guys think will the PD of July 2014 become current?

The NVC welcome letter had my old address on it although I had made address change through USCIS website.

Do call NVC and get a rep to review your DS-261. They can review it over the phone. Once its done you will get IV Invoice.

NVC process is always with the call...

In USCIS, u dont need to call it will automatically get processed. But in NVC, if you want your case to get process quickly you should always go behind them.

Do call them and ask them the same question, they will guide you.

Guys i paid earlier my iv fee so now im waiting to show as paid and then I will have access to the ds260 but i will start gathering all the documents needed

I just chose myself (petitioner) as agent.

Hey r2rjms its better that u call nvc and ask to review your ds261 on the phone and she will review it and after a couple hours you will be able to pay your fee
