Also, since AOS package is for the petitioner (that is hubby living in the USA) and IV package requires my information (beneficiary) , and I am living in Nigeria, does that mean we can send both packages separately to NVC?

@ Nkkystel...please is it complusory to choose an agent for NVC stage? What if you would be the one doing the processes by yourself. What option would that be or what would one fill there.

Another suggestion to everyone is, those who got their case now at NVC. Call them and get your case no and IIN. And also provide petitioner and Beneficiary email ID. So you will get all the communication through email. Both of you will get it.

good. Call NVC and ask them to review your DS-261.. so soon u will get the WL.

I guess you need to pay AOS only once, and it will be joined to your kids. Can you put this in NVC thread, in that you can get more help. Anyways do call NVC today and ask them to review your kids DS-261, and meantime u can ask them about this.
