If your income is based out of W2 and you used 1040EZ to file then you need to file I864EZ, else it is I864.

im not on W2 because of self employment im on 1099 but i do file 1040 every year

If self employment, then its I864. Do send your documents earliest possible. Right now NVC processing time is 30days, but we cant assure, any time it can get increase. During winter it will become 60, due to many holidays.

yes i saw 60 days changed to 30 days thats why i want to send package asap but i dnt want to do any mistake i have a question for might be you have answer for me

i have filed extension for year 2014 so which income should i write in I864 estimated income for 2014 and send them proof of extension or should i put 2013 income and send tax paper of 2013 and send extension papers also

At what point can you add your child to your F2A application if the child was not added before now. Is it before NVC sends you welcome letter or at the stage of filling the DS-261 form.
