Anyone call nvc for welcome letter pd july 2014

Personally nope it s pointless ... To ear " wait for your pd to be current"... My guess it will be around August or September because it ll be the end of 2015 fiscal year and then it will have some spill over on in every category ... 2015 FY predict the visa ll be issue until the third quarter of FY so until June then spill over... Just my guess after research and prediction of Charlie Opphenim

Yes i just try to be logic of what i see in vb september ll have jump then ll see what s gona happen so far welcome letter been sent until june pd... and thd process on f2a take minimum 17 months so far and when they send WL you suppose to be done within 6 months...

Yes, we are on the same boat. My husband is pettioner, he is LPR ( green card holder) our case is F2A.

Our prioriry is close... Stay in touch so that we can help each other to be over NVC stage :-)

Did you have 1 case no with your daughter? Or separate ?

We have separate case no. Bcoz we send separate form.. Dis you have ur IIN? What the purpose pf IIN?

My PD is Oct 2014 and my i-130 has already been approved in March, today I recieved following email from NVC, is it like WL? What should be my next step? Your responses will be appreciated

"Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: ****************

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record will receive an instruction package regarding further processing of this petition.

IMPORTANT:

Do not let more than one year pass without contacting the NVC concerning this visa petition. If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact (by telephone, mail, or e-mail) with the NVC, all submitted fees and documents expire. If this occurs, the fees must be paid again and documents must be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

Found on my GV visa, I don't know either if it a welcome letter or not.... Waiting for response I saw a post saying it s a normal letter included with case number but personally when I received case number I didn't Get that one.....

I get case number and invoice over the phone.

Should I wait for welcome letter and instruction from NVC to fill DS 261 and then pay 120usd ?
