Guys,

There is no use of rushing for the welcome letter, NVC got a technical issues and no one is able to move forward. Wish you guys good luck, waiting in NVC stage is killing..

I asked if he upgrade is case from LPR to IR to make sure.... I ll let your know if he answered

NVC is I predictable even if some people have some difficulty .... Some process are quicker from one to on other even they have the same pd.... Good luck to everyone every case is different

My PD is Aug 21 2014,

I received the case number and IV number from inquiring on NVC.

I tried accessing DS-261 online today and received this message:

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

No welcome letter received yet. Are we suppose to wait for welcome letter to access DS-261? I can access to payment center but cannot proceed to pay fee.

Hello everybody

I know we all are waiting for the WL but i have a question about the AOS

For Now I live with my wife and one kid, I m the petinioner for my daughter,

then my household size is 4 , and i need to make about 31000 a year to meet the requirement,

my problem is i start the year with a $12 /hr about 25000 (wich is not enough) for our household but now i have a new position and i m making $15/h starting this month wich will be 31000 /years , will that be enough to meet the requirement or i still have to find a join sponsor?

Updated from my end. My priority 9 March 2015

Very happy... I've just got my case number and INN over the operator. He is so nice... :-) it's also confirmed that my daughter name is on my case... Super.

The next step is to fill the DS261 and pay AOS fee, right ? the NVC guy told me that we could get the welcome letter from NVC after 3 weeks. Should I wait for this letter or could we fill the DS261 now ? According to you guys experience, who ( petitioner or beneficiary ) should fill DS261?
