i tried today on ceac web it shows option to pay now fees as i already have agent on my file so ds261 step skips but when i click on pay now its not

Thats great. But it seems we need to wait for the welcome letter to pay the fees. Thats wat they said to us. We yet to get the invoice for AOS Fee. DS-261 is completed but they couldn't review it, due to the same issue. Only after the welcome letter they can proceed with our case. lets wait.. now things are processing so we should keep praying.

Just off the phone with NVC... I met the nice guy. He told me that they received my case on 26th May... But it has not upgraded in system... He told me to call back end of June for case number.. I did ask him about my concern why my daughter name is not in the NO2. He gave me the phone number of uscisc and advise me to call them to check as i share with him your case...(do appreciate your info) or wait until end of June so that NVC can see and help me.... I'm really worried... Guys, what should i do? Do any one of you have any idea on this

call uscis and check the status. You have enough time to check with NVC. I guess only uscis can clear your doubt on this.

Thanks for your prompt advice. Just off the phone with uscisc, the lady could not help anything.. She told me that by law, she only help if the petitoner on the phone??? No choice... I will ask my hubby to call... Hope that everything can be over soon

Oh yeah. NVC - Petitioner / Beneficiary / Agent can call, but to USCIS only petitioner can call.

Where are you?? They told mine also went for supervisor review, as the visa classification is not changed in their system. Asked to wait one more week.

You can check Ritbiv time line.

To upgrade it took around four months. But normally it will take two months. Then its same as USC. Your case can get complete in 3-4 months.

Ritbiv got her case upgraded in end of Jan, and she got her interview by early May.

This is the easiest way to get the process speed up
