Just called NVC. So sad:-) they haven't receive my case yet. She told me to wait for 30 days from my notice day whic means i shoul wait for 2 weeks more. I did ask her why my daughter name is not in the letter as beneferciary. She advise me to clarify it when NVC got my case.... Should I wait more 2 weeks or call them back in 1 week. I saw some of you got case number and INN after 2 weeks and a half ?

Is your husband a pernament resident or USA citizen ? If he is a green card holder, if he filled 2 petition I 130, i am sure you will get 2 case number... They will treat as two cases seperately.. Maybe you and your daughter will interview in two different date... Of course, your daughter is too young to interview alone... At that time, you have to contact with your embassy to request th to combine two interview together. It will take time... In my opinion, if my guess- your husband is green card holder is true.., you should ask NVC to see if you cam combine at NVC stage or not?? Just wanted to sharing.....

Thanks for the thoughts @carot12 .. Yes hes LPR, is that possible that our interview date would not be the same? Maybe I should tell my husband right away..

Hello iam on the same case Ney1027 and carot12 we filled up 3 I-130 spouse and 2 and 4 years old son & daughter. So far they always get back to us in the same time but seperatly NO2 and numbers cases with INN. The cases numbers follow each other so I am summing at the embassy stage we all will be schedule at the same time.

Thanks for d reply when is ur PD? Did yu have prediction when it will be current?

Aug2014 my PD? if the movement of VB just only 3 to 6 weeks every months ill be current around month of April2016

Nope. We was advised that it shoul be filed in one I130. We did in one file only. My husband was seeking advise from usisc website- the instruction for LPR case. Whenever I call to NVC, i will try to ask for your concern and let you know.

CBMx3 iam glad for you I think Charles Opphenim was right so far the VB ll move foward until June after iam afraid of very slow mvt even 0. I hope my husband get is citizen is been more than 10 years he leaves in USA and never apply grrrr all by my fault anyway just funny situation...

Yesterday my husband talk to a rep in NVC, and they confirmed that our case is upgraded. Asked us to wait for the welcome letter to pay the fee.

any update ?

i tried today on ceac web it shows option to pay now fees as i already have agent on my file so ds261 step skips but when i click on pay now its not
