Have you talk to the supervisor? I called on Thursday, and talked to a supervisor. He said we will get it upgraded in a weeks time. You better call tomorrow and talked to a supervisor. Asked them to check your case.

talked to supervisor today and he said its still under review some time it takes longer and he said he cant say when it will be upgraded cause there is no time frame can be upgraded next week or next month

Guys I completed choice of agent. You all should be getting welcome letters soon but go ahead a fill it out if you all have access and still haven't got the welcome letter.

any updates on your case ? i called today and said its more than 42 days they said they did some error so they have to open another review it will take 42 days and i have to wait another 42 days

yes called them actually calling every other day but same thing every time we have opened another review that why its not upgraded so wait 42 days i did talk to supervisor he said cant do any thing have to wait they don't have any time frame
