have IN PROCESS status until then.

Sign into this case again after 2-3 business

to verify that the payment status has

become

NEXT STEPS: To view, print and/or email a

payment receipt and learn what to do next

click

Fred-FR,

I guess it will not take more time to upgrade it, keep calling NVC daily and check ceac site. Hopefully you should be able to start the process somewhere by next week. Do update me once you able to start the process in ceac site.

Can you please tell me to which address you sent this request? NVC address.

A big problem, since you are married you a meant to file your tax as married. You should just changed your status from single to married at your work place.

Just spoke with him, he did same (file as single). He only changed his status at his work place claiming me. He said he can't file his tax as married since am not there with him, that it is a crime to do that.

So, you did the right thing, just go and adjust your status in your company.
