Thanks you for helpful reply Fred-FR. One more question I have my I-130 was approved in second week of March, when do you think is the correct time I should start calling NVC or rather start bugging them ?

Hi Fred-FR,

No reply from NVC till date. They asked to wait for 60 days to get an update for our case. So far we have sent two mails and two emails for this request. Sad part is none of it touched by them yet

any update on upgrade ?

but no invoice. It reads thus:

IMPORTANT: Any payment you make now

requires 2-3 business days to complete and

Also, I thought NVC was not going to process the case further until one's priority date gets close to being current. Your access to pay for NVC processing does it mean something good in terms of faster processing.?

Hi dear, am good and you.

Don't tell me you are yet to get a case number. Tell hubby to call NVC regularly, disturb them until he gets the case number and Invoice number.

Well about the access, the message I posted means that I'll be able to pay and get invoice AOS soon and access Ds261.

i got my my case number via mail last march 20 and the other day i call NVC and asking for my invoice number

my PD is Aug21

Hello everyone feel good to ear from you! I got my 3 numbers cases and 3 IIN last week when we call NVC. But last week they said to my husband we give you the numbers but doesn't mean you ll access to further process you have to wait pd to be close to be current so Nkystell that s really a good news. Inch'allah iam going to see my husband for 3 days on Thursday we ll check NVC web together because I think once you logging you have to complete the form within 3 days... In my understanding.

Can someone can help me the first step is complete DS 2061 choice of agent then AOS fee?
