called today NVC gave me my case number finally but they haven't upgrade my petition form F2A to IR1 they said have to wait 2 months until that upgrade done

Read somewhere where people were claiming to receive emails from nvc to start processing and paying fees with PDs april and June 2014.

ANY 2014pd HERE GOT SUCH EMAIL?

The time taken to upgrade petition is 60 days right now. (From the date they recieve your upgrade email/mail)

I got a PM from one VJ member who have PD in Nov 2013. He recently got email from NVC to start further processing.

CMBX3 good to see you here lol I have question did NVC received your case? If not did you call them? Because it s suppose to be by now...

Hey lera,

yes they did receive my case. I found out by calling in December. I also got my case number and iin number at the same time. I haven't received a notice from them in email or mail though, that the nvc received my case. Not sure why or if this is normal.

I've been visiting my husband in the USA and just got back, weren't you supposed to take a vacation also?

hi ritbiv, I have been seeing quiet a few late 2013 people report getting this notice but to see a mid 2014 was quiet shocking, in a good way of course. Hoping for great things.

Good for you CBMX3 you took some time off visiting your hubby, yes me too but only for 4 days between my work and kids is very complicate to do everything hopefully the next vb show us some hope to be unite for Christmas time .... Because it s a very difficult time for my husband without his kids...

I should have my INN by next week !

How is your filing going?

Submitted the documents to NVC. Now wating for a cc without checklist. Fingers crossed. :) Hope you get to move to the next phase very soon.

Tell me something, does the nvc receive your contact info along with your case from uscis or do you have to provide them with it?

Congrats to you! My husband will be able to start his citizenship journey in December 2015, though I wouldn't mind being current long before that.

My cousin's pd April 2014, no access still to DS261.

That seems to be the case with most 2014 at this point. let's know if anything changes

Sorry CBMX3 I don t know what is it, my husband call NVC last week they told him we received your case since January 20th from this date give us 45 days if by then you did not received your INN call us, so if by next week we got nothing we call probably by March 8 th .

I don t know if I answer to your question.

Hmmm... Am amazed! 2014 filers receiving updates from NVC.
