Today is Oath for my husband, We are going to send upgrade letter. I yet to get the case number and IIN, so we are not sure how this upgrade process is going to work and how long its going to take.

We sent the upgrade request to NVC yesterday in express mail. We yet to get the case status and Case Number in NVC. So Planning to call them tomorrow and check the status.

I would suggest you to email a copy of naturalization certificate to them besides regular mail. We too did that. Best of luck.

Oh okay, Then I will ask my husband to send a regular mail as well with all the details. Anyways planning to call today to check with them.

Guys,

They received our case on 4th of Feb, and asked us to wait for 42 days for case number and IIN. Till that they cant see if they recieved our upgrade request or not.

hi SiVin we both are on same step called NVC and they said your case received on jan 29 and wait 42 days and i also sent upgrade request to NVC so good luck to you and please keep update

hi guys my priority date is july 2nd 2014 my cas got approved on the california center on december 8th i called earlier the nvc since i didnt get my case number and they gave it to me on the phone but our priority date is not current yet

Waoo Thats Great they got on feb 4th and issue you case number on feb 10
