NVC Operators hanging up on Clients????!!!!

How does one file an official complaint/GRIEVANCE the NVC? I am sick and tired of the reps hanging up the phone in my face after I ask to speak with a supervisor. This is ridiculous if they do not know the answer a question other than what they are reading from their script that does NOT give them the right to hang up on someone ESPECIALLY if one waits on hold to speak with someone over 30 plus minutes. This is the second time an operator hung up on me. I excused the first time,but now it is getting out of hand. PLEASE ANYONE WHO KNOWS PLEASE RESPOND ASAP. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

The information I received is nvcinquiry@state.gov . Address the subject as ATTN PI Supervisor you need to enter your case number, name, the applicant's name and birth date. The email needs to contain the person who you spoke with and rudeness that occurred during the call.

Personally I would wait to send that email off after you get an interview date.

Everyone who deals with NVC who gets treated like also should do so AFTER you are done with them.

Dhweels is right just let it go and swallow all that you can for your spouse so it dont become a case of a hunter being hunted.

so many have gone tru worse and they still hung der and let their subsequent visa approval wipe away the resentment experienced during the process

Thanks in advance I agree, and I will definitely report it the same day I get my interview date because lack of reports enables them to treat people as the way they do. They are employed because of us, and those positions are a dime a dozen.You come across a few good reps and the nasty ones are just holding positions. That is a federal company its not like they are working a fast food job in 100 degree heat. Even people in fast food can be nice or at least pretend for that matter.

Once you get the approval move on to better things and forget about the clowns @ NVC. You have bigger fish to fry...let it slide.

When they were federal employees they were way nicer. NVC went to contractors in June 2012 and that's when everything came off the tracks. Timelines, processing and attitudes. They don't care because they don't have to.
