Help! Question about NVC AOS and IV Submisson of Docs

I was advised by and operator after you psted this not to send the IV package with the AOS barcode because it could get mishandled and prolong this process.

Is the barcode different, or only the ATTN:? I'm worried they'll wait a month to give me the IV bill, and then another week to get the IV packet (from Bolivia).

I will think about it for two days before making a decision and read other experiences...then send it, or wait.

I called NVC yesterday, they recieved my ds-261 on june 23rd. They told me that they are currently reviewing ds-261's received on june 26th. She sent an email concerning my ds-261 since it looked like it had been skipped and when I called back in an hour they had accepted my Ds-261 and the IV should be invoice within a week.
