NVC to New Delhi Consulate to Interview_k1

Hello All, first and foremost my apologies if this is a duplicate topic; however, I am in desperate need for some information from you guys out there who have better insight. After a LONG 6 month wait @ the TSC, I got a letter stating that my NO2 was sent to the NVC on July 23rd, 2014. I was wondering how long does it take for the NVC to receive the file and after how long does it take for the Consulate in New Delhi to receive it? If someone can respond who has experienced this, I would greatly appreciate your time in the matter. Additionally, any ideas on how long the consulate takes to schedule an interview? Thanks so much for your anticipated response guys!
