OP is is not only "very pregnant" (what is the difference between being pregnant and very pregnant?), and "very hormonal" but also super rude. While hormones are hard to regulate, I recommend her to tuck her head into a cold bucket of water for a good two minutes. Then sit down, breath for half an hour and then post....

My sister is pregnant with her 5th child right now, even she wouldn't use the excuse of being "very pregnant" to basically be callous and ignorant. For the record my sister wouldn't be any way!

Just trying to help you understand the process. Perhaps you can try reading my post back without some kind of tone you imagined in your head. I really don't think 1.5 months is a delay at CSC, and if you are worried, there is not much you can do about it anyway, and nobody's advice will help you cos they don't know either, and all you can do is wait. Still don't understand how that offended you so much. Attacking people who take their time to try to help you is not very nice to put it mildly.

I have to aree with what everyone else said...1.5 months and you're complaining??? Really? While others have waited for as much as a year!!!! Get a life! Sorry you're prego and hormonal. It is a process that you cannot control. Read many of the posts and look at timelines and you'll see...it's no picnic! As they say in the military...hurry up and wait!! Have a Great Day!!! And stop whining.

Anyone else notice the delay at CSC?

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 13, 2014 and July 19, 2014*.

I am very pregnant, hormonal and incredibly impatient.

It's a bit frustrating and disheartening seeing other petitions approved that filed after we did. Although, I am very happy for them. (Selfish?)

Is this the cause for the delay?

No that is not a delay for CSC and no the glitch has nothing to do with it.

It is a choice to be incredibly impatient, good luck with that.

Yup! It will become your mantra! LOL. All I can say is...be patient. Of course, it might help to contact a US Congressman/Senator in the petitioner's loctal area. It might help. It helped us. You never know. If the beneficiary is in an area affected by Typhoon Yolanda...you can apply for an expedite. If not...not likely. Many cases in the PI seem to have been automatically expedited. So, who knows. We're going on 8 months, non-expedited - K3 - which in itself is unusual. Wife was just approved but waiting on Police Clearance to be acknowledged at Embassy...frustrating. Took us 2 months to get an appointment!!! And now this! It's one thing after another. The beneficiary will have a lot to do...getting all the docs together in the PI...she'll be running around all over the place! So, be ready for that.

Try waiting 5 months for noa2, having 3 kids all crying to see their dad, then another month, oh and guess what? b/c of the glitch my fiance will miss his flight and have to reschedule leaving three kids in tears crying for dad, and yet my kids are younger than you and don't act as bratty as you!!! Put your big girl panties on and move on, go decorate your nursery or something. WE ALL have stories, so yes, you complaining about your "delay" does annoy some of us "butt hurt" TSC filers. Wow lol

I didn't know one of the symptoms of being pregnant and hormonal included not being able to read and then be bitter and attack people that try to help you. Everyone here made a choice to be with someone from a different country. We all have to deal with being away from our loved one and going through the process. Marco&Bettina and fishanchips were only trying to help you even though they are stuck at TSC. Right now WE ARE LUCKY if we are with CSC so get over yourself and be thankful for what you have.

Wow. Fishandchips was not rude to you in any way & yet your entire post is an assault on him/her.

For what it's worth, I'm also TSC & admittedly butt-hurt. You are fortunate you are at CSC, since you don't like the word luck.

Edit: Additionally, USCIS states processing times are 5 months, so you are not able to place a Service Request until it has been that long.

Wow o_o

Please prepare yourself for long waits because the wait isn't over with the wait for NOA2. Then you have the wait for it go to NVC, wait for it to go the consulate, wait for medical and results, wait for a scheduled interview, wait for visa issued, wait for It in your mailbox.

And then you get some time to relax and then it's right back at it again with AOS! And then 2 years later with ROC

And please, don't call TSC people butt hurt. Some of them wait a very long time and it hurts them seeing people who filed and got put at CSC be processed faster. You're very lucky to be at CSC. They used to be fast when I filed in November but seemed to have slowed down a bit. It's too early to call it a delay

Also, even though looking at people's timelines can be helpful, and so can the estimates, don't follow them too closely or you're bound to get disappointed if yours is any different

I'm going to sidetrack this ridiculousness for a moment to say that although my NOA2 arrived three weeks ago, I think there might actually be a delay at the NVC because my case still hasn't been sent to the Serbian embassy and the NVC website has a notice that is as fallows:

Notice

"The National Visa Center is experiencing a high volume of inquiries at this time due to the increased number of approved petitions the NVC is receiving from USCIS."

I'm assuming a speed-up at the service centers means a slow down at NVC... or at least it seems that way.

I am not being impatient at all, in fact the opposite (as I know I am very fortunate to live in a city that is processed by CSC). I would like to point out that this whole process is pretty much just a waiting game (whether you're waiting for TSC, CSC, NVC) so the best thing to do is just relax and be thankful that you managed to find someone you truly love on the other side of the planet (maybe), who is willing to uproot their entire lives and leave their family in order to start one with you. At least that's how I approach it. I wish the best of luck to everyone here and happy waiting!

Anyone else notice the delay at CSC?

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 13, 2014 and July 19, 2014*.

Do not count on VJ timeline data. It is not accurate and reliable anymore since many people put wrong information there.

See that's where you're wrong...

No one is LUCKY to be at CSC. It's just a matter of where the petitioner lives. You're at TSC, I get it, you're butt hurt. You will have to wait for a lot longer than I will.

When November/December approaches and you're case isn't following norms, you'll be wondering why, too.

Wow. Pregnancy isn't an excuse to be a witch.

People are lucky to be at CSC, because CSC is processing faster than TSC. But hey, maybe you're in the change! Maybe TSC will be faster now and CSC will slow to a crawl, and you can be 8 or 9 months waiting for an NOA2.

Learn some manners if you're going to ask for support.

There are definitely delays at California Service Center. :clock:

I got NOA1 on May 30th and haven't heard anything back yet. It will be 2 months tomorrow since we've been waiting. I keep seeing more and more people that filed in April and May not getting a very fast approval (1 month or so) at CSC.

My timeline at first said "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between June 23, 2014 and June 28, 2014*." Now it's changed to "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 5, 2014 and July 13, 2014*".

CSC is definitely getting a bit slower when it comes to processing petitions. I
