Canadian but also have Russian passport... how to apply?

Hi there! So I am going to apply as a Canadian citizen for AOS as I came in as a tourist (with no visa). I also have a Russian (expired) passport as I was born there..

I don't have to include this or mention it, right? It's totally irrelevant correct?

No, you should include it. It doesn't harm your approval, so hiding it only seems suspicious.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Don't hide it, they already know you have two passports, as was already said, to hid it looks suspicious.

What passport did you enter on?

Oh I wasn't planning on hiding it.. but I don't think they know I have it? I enter only on my Canadian.. my Russian passport is something I've had since I was a child and never used / renewed or anything since I became a Canadian citizen like 20 years ago!

When they run your fingerprints they will know. Just disclose and it won't be an issue, failure to do so and it might. Play it safe, keep your case easy to approve.
