CSC has been the best atm..

Regarding my case , it took only a month after NOA2 ( for case no and invoice no )

similar to osmosesnew got my case no after 7 days from NOA2 then got invoice number three weeks after.

Reading these makes me so frustrated with VSC! VSC is where hopes and dreams go to die. Mine took 15 months!

I'm sorry to hear that

Yeah heard that VSC has been the worse throughout the years

Yes. CSC is fast nowadays.

So I guess they'll have to wait a bit more for the case# because of the retrogression.

I hope someone who recently got their case# can contribute?

Yeah, the PD's were current last year for F2A and a lot of people were getting their petitions approved all of a sudden. It's now back to 2 years, so unless it moves fast it may be a year or so longer before they can begin processing at the NVC. Hopefully it doesn't take that long though.

unless your LPR cousin is getting naturalized soon I-130 NOA2 doesn't really mean much at this point.

Of course NOA2 counts for something.

No, he's not naturalizing anytime soon.

Update:

My cousin received an email from NVC stating his case is "NOT ELIGIBLE for further processing at this time due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance".
