Hmm prudish, not sure. One of the things that amazed me around here were the 'Theatre X' type places, with huge billboards and stuff advertising peep shows etc. I think we are a bit more discreet in the UK!!!

In which corner of Britain do you reside? B)

You're kidding me, man. When I was visiting London, I had to bounce into these "call girls" flyers everyday (in the telephone boots, they were covering the wall and the windows). I figured that the trendy guys in the West End must love that freaky stuff?

Sometimes I think I know everything, and I regain consciousness. Seen it all, done it all, forgot most of it....

So much plenitude, yet so much emptiness

HA!! YES!!!! I saw one when I was over there last year!!!! We were in a pub in York waiting for the ghost walk to begin and I went to the ladies room. I came out of the stall to wash my hands and I see this on the wall:

I ran out, asked Jonny for the camera where he gave me a look like  cos I took it back into the ladies room to take a picture. When I came back out and showed him, we had a damn good laugh at that.

it was empty so no I didn't buy one.

smashing idea

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Well, we New Yorkers will soon have our very own New York condoms:

http://www.nypost.com/seven/01082007/news/...l_campanile.htm

My question: if the different packet colors are based on the different subway lines, does the length of the subway line correspond to the size of the condom inside?

"Racing snakes" - hahaha. Just reminded me of a guy I used to work with in a shop many, many years ago, who used to announce 'bet she goes like a racing snake!' about, um, just about any remotely attractive female who walked by, really. I'd forgotten about that.

The call girl cards in phone boxes just aren't as good as they used to be! Now they can actually get them printed with photos, they're all tacky and rubbish - they were much funnier when they were just a bit of fluorescent photocopied card, with black writing on them, and maybe the silhouette of a girl... "sexy miss sadie loves to spank!" and suchlike - they were hysterical. Always a challenge to find one with your own name on it!

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png
