I am confused about the mailing address. There are two address listed on the USCIS website.

So if I choose the USPS, I shall send my application to:

USCIS
PO Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

And If I use express mail, I am supposed to send to:

USCIS
Attn: FBAS
131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

But if I use USPS express mail, which address should I pick?

Thanks in advance!

We sent our I-485, I-131, and I-765 paperwork via USPS Express Mail to the South Dearborn address and had no problem. It took two days to arrive from New York.
