SARASOTA, Fla. -- "Black fu---ng ni---r!" These shocking and hurtful words were all caught on cellphone video. The speaker, former school bus driver Pamela Michener, didn't stop there.

"Let me tell you something, you fat fu---ing ni---r: Maybe if you disciplined your fu---ng ni---r, stinky-### black children, I wouldn't have to put my two cents in," Michener is heard shouting on the video.

For 10 years Michener had been working with the Sarasota school district as a bus driver before resigning this May.

Neighbors say that after witnessing this outburst, along with several other rants from her, they knew something had to be done. That's when they turned to social media.

"I posted the video and I wanted everyone to see this is who is working with our kids,” says Mya Ronk, Michener's neighbor. “Everyone was outraged."

You are in for a long life of disappointment( that is if you don't die from starvation....how stupid is that?)

People that are trying to insult want to hurt and cause as much pain and anger as possible(depending how angry they are)

This woman also used fat,stinky,#### and said she was going to slit throats. Are those insults ok?

Didn't think so.....but in the end human nature is what it is and it isn't always nice.

so, the bus driver had issues with the rowdiness of the children, and was complaining to the parents at the time?

Man, she could have done something else, like duct-tape her own cell phone to the bus at her mirror, at the beginning of each shift, then use it with her own complaints.

Might have gotten a ride-along sherrif or constable after some time, but who am I kidding?

When the moral decay affects so many children, that their combined behavior CRACKS a bus-driver's mental well-being.....

that's just sad, right there...
