I-751 Part 4.

I am Canadian who married USC and immigrated on K1 / K2 Visa.

I have one son (23) who chose to remain in Canada and one daughter (18) who immigrated to USA with me.

When I started this process my son was not yet 21 years old and we listed him on forms but stated he would NOT be accompanying me.

This section of I-751 does not ask for children immigrating, but rather for ALL children. I am leaning towards listing my son, as I have listed him in the past and state that he does NOT live with me and is NOT applying with me. BUT, as he is over 21 he is still MY child but not considered "a child".

Do I list him or not ?

Day 6 (1/9/18) Walk-in biometrics in Fort Worth, TX

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
