Do we need the discussion about who invented crack cocaine and introduced it into homes?

The one who introduced it and then declared the "war on drugs."

This was a class argument for me. I stood alone in Conservative West Texas on this one. I didn't care. Some think I committed academic suicide and I will receive an F for my stance. If I do, I will sue my professor. See, I can still be American.

It was symbolic, you know, let's make a point to highlight that this is a ridiculous situation and deserves world attention.

The only thing it's highlighted for me is that there's a bunch of people that don't want to pay their water bill, and a bunch of do gooder Canadians have nothing better to do with their time. Trust me, no one in Detroit is going without clean drinking water despite what these Canadians with an obvious agenda might think.

And as far as going online and paying someone's water bill, that only exacerbates the issue, because when the bill comes due next month, they wont pay it because they know someone else online will pay it for them.

Actually free basing and crack are different things, although they're both forms of Cocaine. I did learn a few things growing up in Detroit.

Because only a small small fraction of the problem is the poor who can't pay.

Detroit has made it well known they will set up a payment plan if you call them. This is about almost 50% of the customers stopped paying the bill
