Depends on your local USCIS field center, they will arrange an interview day for you.

12/06/2014: Package filed

12/31/2014: Fingerprinted

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview

04/15/2015: Passed Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent

05/22/2015: Oath Ceremony

your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was placed in line for interview scheduling.

Check your local office progress on the USCIS website and you will see how they are doing. Some states move quite quickly while others are slow because of the amount of individuals filing. There is a standard 90 day wait time but some have received their interviews before and some after. :time:

01/28/2009 - Checks cashed by Homeland Security

02/03/2009 - Received email RFE. What did I not send now, whew!
02/09/2009 - Received mails for initial evidence and Biometric appointment (02/19/2009); mailed evidence

Three to Four months between Biometrics being taken and Interview date itself is not unusual.

The actual date is determined by the length of people waiting in line at your local service center and you can see the length of time it all took for me (so far), in my signature...

That's true, bjrichus. Between being placed in line for an interview and the actual interview there is at least a waiting period of 3 months; however, as you correctly stated, it depends on "the length of [time] people [are] waiting in line at your local service center."

Your timeline revealed that you were scheduled for interview approximately 2 1/2 months after being in line to be scheduled. I'm still waiting. My 90 days of being in line to for scheduling is August 12 but New York has many applicants and it is estimated that the process is presently at 5.9 months which, if it remains that way, I should expect to be done by the end of September. However, we are all anxious :clock: - which does nothing for us but stresses us out :cry::unsure::bonk: .
