Greetings! My lawyer at fastk3.com (he he) just informed me I need to be sure and send the barcode with my I-864. I recently sent off the IV Fee bill and now sending off AOS. I had bar codes for the fee bills but not one for the I-864, I am pretty sure I am right when I say there is no barcode to put with the requested I-864's right?

With your AOS packet, you should have received a page that read "National Visa Center Barcode Sheet" and that "you must send this page back with your completed AOS package" or something to that effect.. check your documents to see if you have it. You have to send that with your documents.. it has a bar code at the bottom of the page...

Not to be rude but for the life of me cannot figure out why you cotinue to listen to the fastk3 people. From other posts you are aware of the problems you are having. This site is full of information to all your questions and what to do. James' shortcuts give you a clear understanding of what the process is even if you do not want to use them it explains what needs to be sent and a timeline of how much time it will approximately take for the next step. You need to send in the barcoded cover sheet that comes in the package with the instructions for the I-864. In my case, all that was received was the cover sheet and instructions to go the web site and download the form and instructions I needed to file. Good luck, and if I were you I would start looking at the information in the posts here and take matters into your own hands.

Hi,

WRONG!!!!!! There IS a bar code with the I-864..as devblt said...and you MUST send it with the I-864. I also agree with doug....stop listening to "fastk3" people.....besides...theres no such thing as "fast" k3...immigration is slow no matter how you look at it.
