Gearing up for ROC petition submission

Well, today, my wife and stepson got their official letters from USCIS NSC telling them to start thinking about putting together the ROC petition and associated evidence. Looks like it is almost 40 days before their present conditional Green Cards expire. My guesstimate of sending the next wad o' cash, and wad o' papers in late August is about spot on. Since our 21-month vacation from USCIS after their AOS approval, I have been quietly saving scraps of evidence for the ROC process in a desk drawer. Now, I have to sort that those papers and get prepared for the next step in our immigration journey.

Smiles,

Well, good luck and have fun with the paperwork, lol. We're going to have an interview next Wednesday, so that means gathering all evidence all over again. Right now we have almost 150 pages. Fun times.

Thanks, appreciate the kind thoughts and words.

I have put together a cover letter, and am now starting to add evidence items, listing, scanning and printing. The growing wad o' paper is now 1-2 inches high.... We are looking toward wrapping it up in a couple of weeks, with a 25 August ship date. No snags, thus far.....fingers, toes, hands, legs, eyes are all crossed... lol...

Howdy all,

We will soon be submitting a joint Form I-751 petition for my wife (former K1) and (now 21yo) stepson (former K2), applying to remove conditions on their permanent residence for both of them at the same time. I believe, that we have put in all of the appropriate information in the correct spots. It seems like a simple plain vanilla-flavored deal, just a lot of paperwork and documents. They both did their POE at the same time, he is going to college, living at our home. The stepson is listed in Part 4, Information about your Children. He lives with us and is applying with us on this petition. However, looking over the 'new' I-751 form, I can't seem to find a place requiring my stepson's signature. Am I correct in assuming that his signature is not required on the petition?

Thanks in advance for your comments and ideas.
