Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi Gemini 18. I haven't made an appointment yet for the interview. One question though, I don't remember all the vaccines that was injected to me when I was still a kid. I went to the hospital for that but they couldn't retrieve the record for the last 24-25 years.

That info is not needed.

Thank you @Gemini. I will pay the visa fee tomorrow. By the way, another question if it's okay? one of the requirements asked would be a CENOMAR (certificate of no marriage) My fiance was born in the Philippines but got naturalized last year. Should I get a CENOMAR for him too?

For the interview - not needed. Embassy only wants a CENOMAR from you. If he has been married in the USA and got divorced they would want a copy of the divorce decree... but if never married... nothing like that.

For CFO that may be a good idea. ;)
