Can a K3 do AOS without spouse?

I have a quick question and not alot of time to read up. Can a K3 go thru AOS if separated/divorced from spouse? Is there a form and a fee for this?

Termination of K3 status occurs 30 days following: (1) the denial or revocation of I-130; (2) denial or revocation of Immigrant Visa or Adjustment of Status Application; (3) the K-3’s divorce from USC; (4) K-4 ‘s marriage. Denial of K3 also results in the denial of K4.

K3/K4 cannot change their status in the US nor nonimmigrant visa cannot be changed to K3/K4 status. K3 cannot adjust status to permanent residence except on the basis of the marriage to the same USC who petitioned for K3 status.

Yes I think the meaning is 32 months.
